London Fashion Week Makeup Trends
Beauty on the catwalks of London, usually so wacky the looks make your eyes bleed, this season was as bland as a beige twinset. Very little to be said really, flawless matt skin, camel, caramel, taupe, greige, cream, toffee, tan, stone, fawn - are you asleep yet - tones. Light brown or no mascara, strong Natalia Vodianova-style eyebrows, contoured blusher with a hint of peach on the apple and basically a couple of seconds to run a brush through the model's hair before they made their entrance. Retro Makeovers for Macmillan Cancer Support
Please come along to a new venue in West Disdbury on Saturday 6 March. From 11am I'll be doing Retro Makeovers to go with the beautiful vintage clothing at Vintage Bizarre Try one of my vintage makeovers which complements perfectly with the vintage and retro clothing available from Vintage Bizarre. Choose a vintage look from the 1930's to 1980's. Take your pick! I am asking for donations on the day which will go to Macmillan Cancer Support in the North-West. More information can be found here

Jane Iredale's PurePressed Compacts are now available in a new greener and refillable version. The new compact is made from anodised aluminium meaning it is kinder to the environment and easy to recycle. The refill that accompanies the compact is a cheaper and greener way to enjoy the PurePressed Bases. The new system couldn't be simpler - just use the pinhole at the back of the compact, 'pop' out the old pan and 'swap' in the new refill, fixing it to the magnet on the inside of the new style compact.
